Building a Future Where Technology Serves Everyone
We are an innovation initiative rooted in Uganda, dedicated to solving social problems through the powerful combination of research and technology.
Our Mission
Merging Research and Technology
To merge social research and technology in identifying and addressing pressing community challenges, creating ethical digital solutions that drive sustainable social impact.
Our Vision
Leading Social Innovation
A future where ethical, research-driven technologies transform communities and empower generations.
Our Values
The Principles That Guide Us
Build on Proof
We are researchers first. We begin the venture by digging into the data, conducting studies, and validating assumptions. We only act on what we know, not what we think. Proof is the basis on which we build everything.
Build with Community
The most brilliant solutions live in the experience of the community. We don't design in isolation; we co-create at every step. By building with community leaders, NGOs, and end-users, we ensure our work is relevant, respectful, and truly wanted.
Build with Integrity
How we build is as important as what we build. We are committed to the highest ethical standards, prioritizing data privacy, mitigating bias, and designing for dignity. Integrity is our non-negotiable guardrail.
Build to Empower
Our ultimate goal is to create lasting change that outlives our projects. We build the skills of the next generation through mentorship and share our knowledge to strengthen the entire ecosystem. Empowering people is our most sustainable impact.
Build on Open Knowledge and Shared Progress
We share our work, build partnerships, and contribute our knowledge back to the community to maximize our collective impact. Shared learning ensures sustained collective progress.
